The use of mobile devices such as personal digital assistants (e.g. a handheld device with communicative and computational capabilities that can function as a personal organizer, web browser, fax sender, and cellular phone) or cellular phones in learning activities anywhere and anytime, bringing information and knowledge to situations and places where learning activities take place.
